Return Policy

We offer STORE CREDIT for returns. There is a 10 day return window. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition to be accepted for a return.

We will only accept a return if the product is defective or if you receive the incorrect item.

Items purchased on promotion at 25% or greater are considered FINAL SALE and no longer qualify for a return. 

Items purchased from the SALE tab are considered FINAL SALE and no longer qualify for a return.

Please contact us at info@awordtoamother.com to start the return process. Please include your order number and the product you are requesting to return. 

We will respond within 48 business hours to let you know if your return will be accepted and how to proceed.
